Our all-time favorite compliment came from Harlan Dodson over 15 years ago. The office manager of Dodson, Parker, Behm & Capperella (Lisa Woodruff) was introducing me to a new employee. Lisa said several kind words then asked “Steve, when did you start working for us?” Harlan happens to walk into her office. With a big grin, Harlan replied “I can tell you exactly when; it was the day all of our computers started working right.”
